CRRC was founded in 2010 in Hong Kong.
The company specializes in consulting on scientific research of catalysis, petrochemistry, polymer chemistry, biochemistry, organization of industrial production, mainly, of polymer materials, rubbers and latexes of a wide range of application. In particular, it specializes in consulting on the production of polybutadienes and polyisoprenes using neodymium (rare-earth) catalysts for the tire industry, rubber engineering and medicine. The Company acts as an agent in transactions related to the transfer of chemical and medical technologies, provides consulting in the field of petrochemical industries and the production of medical goods, as well as legal support for investments in various industries.

Liubov is attorney at law and managing partner worldwide law firm “S&K Vertical”.
She provides legal support for significant social and cultural projects in Russia and abroad. She is an expert in civil law, private international law, litigation, real estate transactions, family and inheritance law.
Liubov Duyko’s projects are noted in the international (Сhambers, Legal500, IFLR1000) and Russian ratings (Pravo.ru-300, Kommersant).
As part of pro bono work she provides free legal assistance to those in need. She is the member of the Board of the MusicAeterna Foundation, which is managed by the composer and conductor Theodor Courentzis, and the member of the Supervisory Board of The Oleg Karavaychuk Foundation. Liubov is also the founder of the Social and Cultural Projects Support Foundation Alma Mater Worldwide.
